Include your best friend in our community with these requirements:
- Pet owners must pay a non-refundable pet fee at move-in: $300 for dogs and $250 for cats.
- A one time $50 per dog DNA testing fee.
- Monthly pet fees apply – please contact our office for more details.
- Maximum of 2 pets per apartment, no weight limit.
- Restricted breeds include Pitbull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Spitz.
- Service or companion animals – no charge for DNA testing, no pet fee, no pet rent (however dogs will be subject to DNA testing.
